When you recycle your empty beverage containers at Uptown Bottle Depot, you’re not only helping keep Calgary clean, you’re putting money back in your pocket! All ready-to-serve beverages that are sold in Alberta carry a deposit, which is eligible for a refund upon return.

Return Rates
Any container 1L or less will get you a 10-cent refund, while containers over 1L are worth 25 cents. This
